Pakistan Super League is a well-known cricket league all over the world and founded in Lahore on 9 September 2015. In the beginning of PSL, five teams owner enrolled them and after the two editions, one new team registered named “Multan Sultans.” Their investors controlled each group, not by PCB. The 1st season of PSL was launched in February 2016 by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). After the successful report of the 4th Edition of PSL, PCB decided to enrol its 5th season in the upcoming month of February 2020. 1st Edition of PSL
Pakistan Super League sponsored by the HBL (Habib Bank Limited), and PCB established the debut season of PSL in February 2016. This edition presents five teams and started from 4 February with a grand opening ceremony, and 1st match of the league ends on 23 February 2016. The first edition of PSL played in the United Arab Emirates due to security reasons in Pakistan. The final match of 2016 PSL held in Dubai, and Islamabad United Won the 1st title of PSL from Quetta Gladiators by six wickets.

PSL 2nd edition
Pakistan Super League launched the second season of PSL after the successful review of the 1st Edition. PSL season 2 started on 9 February with an opening ceremony plus 1st match of a league and ends on 5 March 2017 with a grand final. PCB organized the final game of 2nd season in Lahore on 9 March 2017. Peshawar Zalmi becomes the 2nd champions of PSL after defeating Quetta Gladiators by 58 runs.

3rd Season of PSL
Pakistan Super League launched its 3rd season with the help of PCB in 2018. One team added in the PSL named “Multan Sultans” on the demand of PSL lovers. This season of cricket league started on 22 February and ends on 25 March 2019 with a grand finale match in Karachi Stadium. Islamabad United again won its 2nd title by defeating Peshawar Zalmi by three wickets.

PSL 4th Season
Pakistan Super League is also called PSL 4 and launched by PCB on 14 February and ends on 17 March 2019. PSL 4 matches played in the United Arab Emirates as well as in Pakistan, and the final game played between Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi. QG won the 4th title of PSL, defeating PZ by eight wickets in Karachi.
